Coverage by insurance is specific to the type of plan you have through your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your visit to determine whether a service or laboratory test will be covered based on your plan’s benefits.
TB Clearance via Assessment
TB Clearance requiring IGRA Testing:
*CLH lab fees are separate than TB2U fees. As of 7/30/2026, IGRA testing at CLH when paid at time of service is $105 (includes 50% discount for paying at time of service). Walk-ins at CLH are welcome, with appointments serviced first. Please always verify with CLH for their most current pricing.
